Arete Learning has been set up to provide businesses with a model that provides a consistent, reliable return on investment in their people’s growth. A number of factors are important for this to happen.

Our People

We will only provide facilitators who have knowledge of the markets our clients are operating in, the competition they face and the specific needs of the participants. In addition their attitude must be to care about our clients and share their passion for success.

At Arete Learning our facilitators must have demonstrated over 10 years experience in their field and regularly deliver results.

Our goal is to ensure our participants realise their potential and our clients receive the change they are looking for.

Our Material

We aim to source and use the most appropriate knowledge for the task required. In order to determine this, and before any material is designed or delivered, we spend time immersing ourselves in you the client. Understanding your structures, processes, systems, training, rewards program, competitors, environments you operate in and leadership are an integral part of the diagnostic.

The Session

We will use a variety of delivery methods to ensure the team are engaged, active and challenged. Adult learning studies report that the kinesthetic approach of learning by doing and feeling often leads to the best results.

It is regularly proven through feedback and lasting behavioural change that training programs that use a variety of mediums, and not just power point, are the most effective at creating lasting impact.
