For 15 months we were engaged by one of the World’s largest Property and Construction firms to assist them on winning a pitch that was valued at over $6bn. It was the biggest new business pitch in Australia since the Olympic bid and involved the development of a significant piece of land in the CBD of Sydney.
Our role was to coordinate the number of different companies involved in the Consortium, agree on the strategy, understand where the real power lay, identify the key messages that would resonate with the decision makers and differentiate their offer. Following this we worked on two presentations, one of which was scheduled for 9 hours, to ensure the messages were clear and persuasive, the slides had impact and all of the presenters were able to deliver in a way that best represented the offer.
